WEST PALM BEACH, FL (June 4, 2013) – The Florida Bar Association recently announced that Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley attorney Mariano Garcia has met its standards of certification and is now a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law. Board Certified Specialists have met the Florida Bar’s highest standards for special knowledge, skills and proficiency, and have a reputation for the highest levels of professionalism and ethics. Certified lawyers’ experience and competency have been rigorously evaluated. They are the only Florida lawyers allowed to refer to themselves as specialists or experts, or to use the letters B.C.S. to indicate Board Certified Specialist. The Supreme Court of Florida approved the board certification program as a way to help consumers make informed decisions when selecting lawyers. The Board’s stringent requirements for legal expertise and professional conduct provide the public with objective standards by which to evaluate attorneys. We are proud to add Mr. Garcia to Searcy Denney’s roster of Board Certified Specialists in Civil Trial Law.
